(show/hide details) Milonga Traspié with Guillermo García Every Thursday 8 PM to 9:30 PM The fast-paced milonga rhythm can be a lot of fun to dance to, especially when mastering the rhythmic steps called "traspié", but it can also feel like a senseless workout if not done with the correct technique and musicality. Guillermo's goal is to make you a big fan of this great dance. In this class we work on: - Musicality: developing a sense of rhythm - Technique for fast rhythmic steps - Musicality: understanding the structure of the milonga genre, and how to use it in your dance - Lots of fun steps!
